General

7 questions

Accordio is an AI back office for people who run a business alone. It writes your contracts, proposals, and invoices, gets them signed, and collects payment, all in one place. Describe the project once; Accordio handles the paperwork.

Solopreneurs: consultants, designers, developers, creators, anyone running a business of one. If you do the work and the admin, Accordio takes the admin.

DocuSign for e-signatures, Wave for invoicing, and Google Docs for contract drafting. One subscription instead of three tools that don’t talk to each other.

Yes. You get 14 days of full access, no credit card required. After that it’s $39/month, or $29/month billed yearly. If you don’t subscribe, your account goes read-only and your data stays safe.

You describe the project once, and Accordio produces the proposal, contract, and invoice. Your client reviews, signs, and pays in one portal. If payment is late, automatic reminders follow up for you.

No, it runs in your browser. There’s also a macOS menubar app, and you can talk to Accordio on WhatsApp, Telegram, or Slack.

The latest models from Anthropic and Google. They draft your documents and keep terms consistent across everything you send.

Contracts & Proposals

7 questions

Tell the AI what you need, like “a 3-month web development contract at $5,000/month”, and you get a professional, legally structured contract in seconds. You can also start from a template or a blank page.

Yes. The editor supports real-time collaboration, so a partner or reviewer can work on the same draft with you and see changes as they happen.

Yes. Signatures comply with the ESIGN Act (US), eIDAS (EU), and equivalent laws in most countries. Every signature is recorded with a timestamp, IP address, and full audit trail.

Yes. Add your logo, colors, and styling once, and every client-facing document uses them.

Yes. Save your own templates, tweak the built-in ones, or start blank. Templates can carry your clauses, payment terms, and branding.

A proposal packages your scope, pricing, and timeline into one shareable page. Clients read and approve it without creating an account, and one click turns an approved proposal into a contract.

Yes. Clients get a secure link, review and sign right there, and you both receive the signed PDF. No signup, ever.

Payments & Invoicing

4 questions

Accordio never touches your money and takes 0% commission. By default, clients pay by bank transfer: link your bank via Plaid and invoices mark themselves paid when the deposit lands. Prefer cards? Connect your own Stripe account and invoices get a “Pay with card” button.

Zero platform fees. Accordio takes 0% of what clients pay you, and bank-transfer invoices are always free. If you accept cards through your own Stripe account, Stripe’s standard rate applies and goes to Stripe, not us. Your only cost is the subscription.

Yes. Weekly, monthly, or any custom schedule. Accordio generates and sends them automatically, and follows up if a client is late.

When an invoice goes overdue, Accordio sends polite reminder emails on a schedule you set. You control the timing and the wording.

AI & Automation

6 questions

Draft contracts and proposals, generate invoices, chase payments, track time, manage tasks, and answer questions about your business, from the web app or straight from WhatsApp, Telegram, or Slack.

Yes. It remembers your rates, clause preferences, and how you talk to clients, so every document needs less editing than the last.

It reads your actual Accordio data: contracts, clients, invoices, time entries. Answers come from your real numbers, not guesses.

Yes. Pair WhatsApp, Telegram, or Slack in a minute, then create invoices, check payments, or log time by sending a message. Same assistant, same memory, every channel.

Every AI action costs credits: a chat message is 10, an email 25, an invoice 50, a contract 150. Legend includes 10,000 a month, more than most people use.

It asks first. Anything consequential, like sending an invoice or emailing a client, needs your explicit yes. The AI does the work; you keep the final say.

Time Tracking

4 questions

Start a timer in the web app or the macOS menubar, assign it to a project, and stop it when you’re done. Or log hours manually. Tracked time turns into an invoice in one click.

Yes. The macOS menubar app starts and stops timers without opening a browser. It stays out of your way until you need it.

Yes. Select your entries, click once, and Accordio builds the invoice: right rate, grouped by project, ready to send.

Yes. Every project can have its own hourly rate, and invoices pick the right one automatically.

Integrations

6 questions

Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs), Slack, and your own Stripe account are first-class. You can also connect Notion, Asana, Trello, Linear, GitHub, Figma, Zoom, and more, with new ones added regularly.

Your contracts, proposals, and invoices can sync to Drive, and you can import from or export to Google Docs whenever you like.

Yes. Gmail, Calendar, Drive, and Docs. The AI can send email from your Gmail, manage your calendar, and sync documents without leaving Accordio.

Yes. The Slack bot sends payment notifications, checks project status, and gives you the full AI assistant right inside Slack.

One click through OAuth for most tools. After that, syncing is automatic.

Account & Billing

4 questions

One plan: Legend. $39/month billed monthly, or $29/month billed yearly ($348/year), about 25% off. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required.

Yes, anytime, from your billing settings. No lock-in, no cancellation fees. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

We don’t refund subscriptions; that’s what the 14-day free trial is for. Questions before subscribing? Email support@accordio.ai.

Yes. Export contracts, invoices, time entries, and client data anytime as PDF, CSV, or JSON. Your data is yours.

Security & Privacy

4 questions

Yes. Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest, with row-level security on the database. Accordio never holds your money: bank connections are read-only through Plaid, and card payments run through your own Stripe account.

Never. We don’t sell, share, or monetize your data. It’s used only to run Accordio for you. Full details are in our privacy policy.
