Accordio is an AI-powered all-in-one platform for freelancers, creative teams, and small agencies. It automates administrative, legal, and financial paperwork — contracts, proposals, invoices, payments, e-signatures, and client management — from a single workspace. Describe a project once and Accordio generates the documents, sends them for signature, and collects payment.
Accordio is designed primarily for freelancers, independent contractors, creative teams, and small agencies. If you sell your time or expertise and want to spend less time on contracts, invoices, and chasing payments, Accordio was built for you.
Accordio replaces DocuSign for e-signatures, Wave for invoicing and accounting, and Google Docs for contract drafting — combining all three into one AI-powered platform. You no longer need separate tools for proposals, contracts, invoices, and payments.
Yes. Accordio offers a free-to-use model. The Legend plan is free with zero commission on payments — no platform fee taken from what you earn. Paid plans start at $29 per month and unlock advanced automation, unlimited AI credits, and priority support. No long-term contracts are required on any plan.
Accordio accelerates the entire sales-to-payment cycle. You describe a project once, and Accordio generates a proposal, contract, and invoice — all ready for the client to review, sign, and pay in a built-in client portal. Automated payment reminders follow up on overdue invoices without you lifting a finger.
No. Accordio runs in any modern browser. There is also a macOS menubar app for quick access to AI chat and time tracking, plus messaging integrations for WhatsApp, Slack, and Telegram.
Accordio uses Claude 3.7 (by Anthropic) and Gemini 2.5 Pro (by Google) to generate contracts, proposals, invoices, and AI-driven workflows. These models help prevent errors and ensure consistency in contract terms across all documents.
Contracts & Proposals
7 questions
Start from scratch, choose a template, or let AI handle it. Describe what you need — for example, "Create a 3-month web development contract for $5,000/month" — and Accordio generates a professional, legally-structured contract in seconds. AI customization tailors contracts to your specific project needs, reducing errors and maintaining consistency.
Yes. Accordio includes a built-in editor for real-time team collaboration on contract projects. Multiple users can work on the same document simultaneously, with changes tracked and visible to all collaborators.
Yes. Accordio uses electronic signatures that comply with the ESIGN Act (US), eIDAS (EU), and equivalent laws in most countries. Every signature includes a timestamp, IP address, and full audit trail for legal validity.
Yes. Accordio allows you to tailor documents with individual branding elements — your logo, brand colors, and custom styling — ensuring a professional, consistent appearance across all client-facing documents.
Absolutely. Create and save your own templates, modify the built-in ones, or start from a blank page. Templates support custom clauses, payment terms, deliverables, and your own branding.
Proposals in Accordio combine your scope of work, pricing, and timeline into a clean, shareable document. Clients can view, comment, and approve online without creating an account. Once approved, convert the proposal to a contract with one click.
Yes. Clients receive a secure link to the built-in client portal to review, sign, and pay. No account or signup is required. Both parties automatically receive a signed PDF once complete.
Payments & Invoicing
4 questions
Accordio uses Stripe Connect for secure payment processing. Clients pay via credit card, debit card, or ACH bank transfer directly from the invoice. Funds land in your connected bank account, typically within 2–3 business days. Accordio also supports escrow payments through the built-in client portal.
On the Legend plan (free), the platform fee is 0% — Accordio takes no commission from your payments. Standard Stripe processing fees apply (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per card transaction). Paid plans start at $29 per month. No long-term contracts are required.
Yes. Create recurring invoices on any schedule: weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or custom intervals. Accordio generates and sends them automatically, and follows up with payment reminders if a client is overdue.
When an invoice goes overdue, Accordio sends polite, professional reminder emails on a schedule you control. The AI can also send reminders through WhatsApp or Slack if you prefer. You customize the timing, frequency, and message.
AI & Automation
6 questions
The AI can draft contracts, generate invoices, write proposals, send payment reminders, summarize project status, flag risks, track time, manage tasks, and communicate with clients on your behalf through WhatsApp, Slack, or Telegram. It automates the complex and routine aspects of freelance work while keeping you in control of every decision.
Yes. Accordio's memory system learns your preferences — your clause preferences, rates, client communication style, and document formatting — and gets smarter with every contract you create. Over time it requires less input and produces more accurate outputs tailored to your business.
The AI has full access to your Accordio data: contracts, clients, projects, invoices, time entries, and tasks. Every response is grounded in your actual numbers and history. It does not guess.
Yes. Through the built-in Slack bot and AGI Gateway, you can talk to your AI assistant from WhatsApp, Telegram, or Slack. Create invoices, check payment status, log time, get project updates — all from whatever messaging app you already use.
Each interaction with the AI assistant uses a credit. Free plans include a daily allowance that refreshes automatically. Paid plans come with a larger monthly allocation, and you can purchase more if needed.
For consequential actions — sending invoices, signing contracts, making payments — the AI always asks for your confirmation first. You stay in control of every decision. Accordio's design ensures the AI manages complexity while keeping you in the driver's seat.
Time Tracking
4 questions
Start a timer from the web app or macOS menubar app, assign it to a project, and stop it when done. You can also log time manually. Accordio links entries to projects automatically and can generate invoices directly from your tracked hours.
Yes. The macOS menubar app lets you start and stop timers, switch projects, and log time without opening a browser. It stays out of your way until you need it.
Seamlessly. Select your time entries and Accordio generates an invoice in one click. It calculates the total based on your hourly rate, groups entries by project or date, and creates a professional invoice ready to send.
Yes. Each project can have its own hourly rate. When you generate invoices from tracked time, the correct rate is applied automatically to each project.
